DR. WASHINGTON REMOVED THE WRONG SIDE OF MY TOENAIL! I had originally gone in for an infection and…read moreingrown toenail. She cut my nail back and down the left side (No anesthesia), said she couldn't give it to me because of the infection, and said if she did it could spread to my bone. Ok, understandable. Gives me a prescription for antibiotics and tells me to come back in about 1 1/2 weeks. Tells me to do epsom salt soaks and antibiotic ointment. I go back after my 1 1/2 weeks. My toe is still very discolored and swollen with a blister on it on the left side. I'm told that's because she didn't remove the ingrown part . We discuss what I want to do. I told her I want to get it taken care of now, let's go ahead and remove the ingrown part. I VERIFY WITH HER WHERE SHE IS CUTTING AND HOW MUCH SHE IS TAKING! She then numbs me and leaves me to sit while that takes effect. Eventually she comes back in, lays me back and tells me not to look. Honestly I felt like an afterthought. It is not until the next evening when I take the bandage off to soak my foot that I find out she took the nail off the right side. So now, not only do I have to deal with this healing properly and hope the right side doesn't become ingrown when it grows back in (that side has always been fine) but I still have the ingrown on the other side .NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS! I HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE. I have been calling since 2/22/24. As of 02/28/24 she is no longer listed as a provider. HMMM, COINCIDENCE??

Did a virtual appointment before getting a EGD to see if I had a hiatal hernia which I already knew…read moreI had. He said it was small and didn't need to remove or do anything with during the sleeve procedure. I had given him a list of my medicines which shown I had been on acid reflux medication for a long time, but he agreed the sleeve would be a good choice. Got the sleeve done in July 2025. I had to spend 2 nights in the hospital following surgery because I don't deal well with anesthesia so after being rushed to walk around and also drink, I kept vomiting. Got that under control finally and was able to come home. Come October I started having horrible acid reflux. I couldn't eat, talk, or walk without vomiting. I called his office and went to see him. His words were "I am not saying you are lying, but I don't see anything wrong." On the edge of crying because what am I supposed to do now. He did up my stomach pill so now I am taking 80 mg of it in the morning and in the evening. Which by the way my insurance isn't covering this dose because well it is just uncalled for. Now I am on the schedule with the PA. I see her the next couple times. Come February 2026 visit I get a call to confirm my appointment and to pay my copay of $40 but I am in another doctor appointment so I cannot answer at that time. They leave a message. Before I am out of this appointment, I am looking at my email's and I see they canceled my appointment because I didn't call back and pay my co-pay. I called them back when I was out and asked why and that is what they told me. So we schedule for the following week. Not thinking the day they would call to collect my co-pay would be another day I would be in another appointment. Sure, enough the same thing happened. After this round of canceling, I decided at this moment they are not there to treat me, they are there to collect my money. I need a doctor who cares about my health not my money.
