Before you can even speak out your complaint about what is going on, he is already gone. There seems to be no possibility to even discuss what is gong on. When a patient has severe back pain or back problems they are immediately sent with highest recommendation to the Rommel clinic with the same ending result, of very little improvement. While it is very easy and quick to get an appointment with Dr. Stern, it is not in the best interest of the patient. It would be better to wait a bit longer and get an appointment with a Doctor who will take the proper time needed to care for the patient.
To this day I do not understand why the people recommend him and still continue to go to him when they are so unsatisfied and still in pain. This is a mystery.
