I went in for an appointment, and everything went great. The reception staff and doctor I saw (Dr. Rheinhardt) were great and able to help me. However, the treatment I was offered did not make my symptoms go away, so I called again for another appointment. After being hung up on and then placed on hold for ten minutes when I called again, I finally spoke with a doctor, who did not speak any English. The reception staff also had limited English that day I called. I liked this practice, but will have to go elsewhere to find a practice that is able to serve my needs.
