When you're in AGONY and they want you to keep being in pain for another week or so it's really poor service and even worse for the business and reputation because as a result you get reviews that reflect what you do and how you treat people. Logical really. First when I ask who else does emergency cases I get instructed to stay put and wait for a free slot. I know others with an anti-Australian attitude and it is rather annoying but when it comes to pain and medical needs it is even more inappropiate to live it out. If it was a bakery or a supermarket I wouldn't give a monkey's but where my health is concerned and being there for my little 10 months old son who needs me and whose needs don't get put on hold when I'm unwell there my acceptance and tolerance comes to an end.
