However, her supporting staff is completely inept. I scheduled an appointment six weeks in advance only to be told the day of that they didn't write my appointment in. I had to wait 3 long hours to be seen. Moreover, her practice advertises as English friendly but no in the front office is inclined to speak English instead they shout things in German, which can be perplexing in a medical setting.As a regular patient, I'd expect better treatment. The doctor herself knows her stuff and is pleasant enough. She takes her time to explain things.But overall, it's a frustrating experience coming here.

This man is so incredibly friendly and accomodating. I went for my first appointment about 3 weeks…read moreago and got my first appointment right away. I had to sit in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and then had a chance to sit down with Dr. Cimbollek to talk. He really took his time and asked questions - very patient. He then scheduled several follow ups, each within days apart. I feel like this Dr. actually genuinely cares for my health. Absolutely recommended.
