We have visited the center today to check the eyes of our 2 years old daughter. She has an emergency case where she keep closing her eyes and rubs her eyes so frequent. Our Kinderartz told us it could be an dangerous and we should check an eye doctor asap. We called them and got an appointment today. They kept us waiting for 1 hour, then the doctor said that we are in the wrong place since they don't accept new patients. She also decided to dismiss our case without even diagnosing it. We think that we were treated like this since we are not Germans. So I think we were treated based on our race and the doctor was very impolite and unprofessional. My advice is to stay away from this clinic. read more
