Coming from the UK I was a little apprehensive about seeing a Dentist…read more here in Germany. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the service to be very quick and friendly. Each time I have been treated here (I have been a patient here for nearly 2 years) I have not had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. You can practically walk in from the street and be seen there and then (which I did the first time I was treated). The practice is clean and very modern, and the staff are very friendly and competent. For those non-german speakers, a good proportion of the staff speak English and will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Prices are fairly average as treatment goes, but the service you recieve for this is excellent Dr Vollkmann and Dr Radtke are very thorough and clearly are skilled dentists the same can be said for the dental technicians too. All in all, a very nice practice with good facilities, excellent service and a friendly and skilled team. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone (german- or english-speakers!).
