I went in multiple times for blood work and they broke my veins, never getting a good blood draw…read more When I tried to refill my blood pressure meds, I was told that the dr rejected the refill request. I contacted the dr office and was told they had dropped me as a patient for missing lab appointments.....the same appointments I CAME TO and they couldn't get a good draw. They dropped me as a patient without a phone call or any written notification and refused to write a final refill while I find a new dr. This is patient abandonment and medical malpractice. They are supposed to give 30 days notice so I can find a new provider. Now I have no dr and no refills for my BP meds. The stress of this will definitely send my blood pressure through the roof. Thanks for caring so much about your patients and their well being.

I'm assuming the smiling nurse practioner is Janice whom I have come to really love and appreciate over the years. Even way back when she worked for the Effingham County Health Dept. Dr Jack and Janice are both smart knowledgable people who really know their craft and I will miss them being my caregivers. I was at a loss for words when I called to make an appointment the other day and found out that he had retired and this office had closed down. I am now forced to move on to new healthcare providers after all these years. You two and your staff will be very missed by me and I'm sure many more. Had I known, I would have cancelled. She informed me that Covid boosters prevented Covid and improved the immune system. So untrue. Also, I needed a prescription refilled and she said that the drug was a controlled substance. absolutely false. I would fire her For telling such lies to a patient. After I stated that she was wrong, she said that we are all entitled to our own opinions. I told her that my medical needs are to be based on science and not opinions. I left and informed the receptionist that I would find another practice. I'm sorry Dr. Jack, but I can't let her be involved in my medical needs. I have too many severe medical issues for such an inept person to base treatment on her stupid opinions.
