On Thursday April 8, 2016 in the city of Guadalajara JAL. I underwent cosmetic surgery by Dr. FADI…read moreHAIDAR. I received from him and his staff kind attention and best treatment. I feel very happy and satisfied about the results, everything was done as I wanted. Dr. is a perfectionist and he doesn´t leave the operating room until he see that everything is according to your body. I thank Dr. FADI and his staff all his attentions. I have seen the work of other surgeons and in my opinion Dr. Haidar is the best in his profession. Based in my experience, I highly recommend him. Margarita Romero.

I took some time to reflect on my experience with Dr. Fadi Haidar, and I would like to share it…read morewith others who may be considering a similar procedure. Normally, this type of surgery requires a qualified team of specialists, and the anesthesiologist plays a critical role in ensuring the patient's safety. In my case, the anesthesiologist attempted to administer spinal anesthesia twice without success. As a result, general anesthesia was necessary. This became a frightening experience for me because I felt the facility was not adequately equipped to handle the situation. One of the main reasons people consider having surgery outside the United States is the significantly lower cost. However, my experience made me realize that a lower price does not necessarily mean better value when your health and safety are at risk. Although the final surgical results were acceptable, the physical pain, emotional stress, and safety concerns made the overall experience extremely difficult. My biggest concern is what could happen if a serious complication occurs and the medical facility does not have the necessary equipment, resources, or emergency support to respond appropriately. In my opinion, choosing this route can feel like taking a gamble with your health. No financial savings are worth putting your life at unnecessary risk. I am sharing my personal experience not to discourage anyone from seeking medical care abroad, but to encourage others to carefully investigate the facility, the qualifications of the medical team, the anesthesia protocols, and the availability of emergency care before making a decision. Today, I am planning another procedure, but this time I have decided to have it performed in the United States. My experience taught me a valuable lesson: The true cost of surgery is not just the amount you pay. It also includes the pain, the risks, the quality of care, and, most importantly, your safety.

We walked by this hospital many times growing up since it's close to my Grandparents house…read more Relatives frequently made comments on how this is a very good hospital but I never thought I'd use their advice. On a trip w my parents my Mom got really sick so my Dad & I agreed to bring her here. With the help of my cousins we drove up to urgent care but before we all could finish getting out of the car my Mom was wheeled off & disappeared from sight! While my Mom was being treated we spoke to staff about our situation as visitors and how we essentially had no insurance. Staff patiently explained cash or credit card payment for my Mom's treatment. We decided to use our credit card so we could document & attempt reimbursement from insurance back home. The staff totally understood our need for detailed receipts and in the follow ups remembered to provide the same. After the initial evaluation the staff doctor spoke to us & requested consultation from a specialist. The specialist said my Mom could not travel & had to return for post evaluation. 10 hours later we were home w my Mom on bed rest. I had to reschedule our flights but in the end the treatments allowed my Mom to fly home w the recommendation that she follow up w doctors here in So Cal. All the doctors, nurses & staff we spoke to were very attentive, accommodating, & conscientious. Never have I been so impressed with a hospital, THIS IS HOW ALL HOSPITALS IN THE USA SHOULD BE!!! Talk about a first rate hospital! Labs were on site & done quickly. There was also a pharmacy where our prescription was always sent directly from the doctor, no wait, no unanswered questions, no need to find & wait at another pharmacy. Also, the wait area was comfortable & soothing like a lounge. Have you ever been inside a NICU? That is how I would compare the treatment & service at this hospital. My parents insurance company ended up FULLY reimbursing my parents for the expenses incurred thanks to the hospital's detailed receipts & documentation. The cost of treatment was in the hundreds but might have been in the thousands in So Cal. I found out later on that my nephew had his kidney transplant done here & all my cousins were aware of the quality of treatment at this hospital. God forbid you are ever in this situation but if you are in need a hospital this place is a true blessing. Location: In a residential area but Taxi drivers know where it is. It's a very well known hospital. Parking: Street (nice residential area) WC: Super clean, looked like any nice bathroom So Cal. There is a baby changing table.

Horrible service, do not use this hospital if they know you are coming from the US they are all…read moreabout the American dollars , we had a relative there they charged 4,000 dollars for a 36 hours and at the end had to be move to different hospital , because they had her with an IV and Tylenol when the patient was in critical condition . Please do not get impressed by the name is just that . Horrible service by the doctors and the nurse has to be advise when the patient was in pain or he iv run out. Is a bad Mexican hospital within expenses fees specially if you got dollars .
