A friend of ours recommended that we contact the American Hospital in Paris for treatment. We arrived at the hospital the next morning at 10 am and were immediately put in touch with dentist on call, Dr. Hazan. He informed me that the room needed for dental treatment was not available on Sunday. Then, to my great surprise, asked me to meet him at his office in 20 minutes. Within an hour, I was equipped with all the advice and medications I needed to enjoy my time in Paris. He asked me to call him the next day to check-in and to return to his office in two days so that he could make sure I was healing as expected and would be able to return home without danger or discomfort. I can not say enough about Dr. Hazan's kindness, generosity and professionalism. He is an excellent dentist with a heart of gold and an extremely supportive staff. Parisians are certainly fortunate to have his services available to them. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Hazan for saving our trip to Paris.

This is a non-conventional practice, i.e. he named his price, and it was a CASH ONLY practice!! I was there for 15 mins, took a few x-rays and then, bam, an invoice of EUR200 for no treatments at all. All he gave me was a list of pain killers and asked me to go back the next days if the pain didn't go away. Immediately I thought, that's all I got for the EUR200?? Feeling ripped off and cheated, I went online again and was able to find other dentist who saw my tooth for only EUR 50 (they did the same x-raying too), and really started the process to fix my problem within 2 days.
