I went to the Farmington hospital ER. 7:30 in the morning Apparently they were busy put me in a…read morechair in the hallway. Told them my head really hurts to the point nothing helped. short of breath. The nurse was very rude, she said you have no temp, told her yes that's because I took ibuprofen to relive the fever. the doctor ( he said call him Joe) over weight doctor. He said what can I do for you. He said we can do an x ray for pneumonia but that's about it take cold medicine go home they did no testing at all had no desire to either for their patients. just really rude no compassion the staff was very unprofessional. So around 7pm my headache was bad so I went to urgent care they were wonderful treated me with dignity and class. Told them my symptoms right away they swabbed me for the flu and covid came back positive for COVID asked me if I'd like a shot to relieve my headache very compassionate at the new Urgent Care in Farmington. Farmington Hospital needs training on how to be compassionate to their patients. If you need to be rude and and compassionate then I absolutely know this isn't your field of career especially in the healthcare. Go somewhere else if you're sick do not go to Farmington Hospital ER. They have no compassion for their patients. Absolutely none. If they would've done a Covid test, just a simple test they would've known that I had Covid but instead, I had to go to the new urgent care in Farmington which they treated me with much respect and dignity. If I could, I would rate them a zero but I have to put at least one star that wasn't an option no star.
