I have never hung up on any person in my life but this time I could not help it. Asking if I can make explain my situation in English over the phone should not be an offensive comment and should not beg this aggressive and impolite response. I have a health situation and I need to explain it, if you don't cater for non German speakers why would you have an English website??? I'd rather live with my tooth ache (I'd rather have my teeth pulled) then ever call to this clinic another time.

Dr. Phil speaks very good English and has a wonderful sense of humor, but most importantly he is very professional and even managed to make me feel comfortable while he pulled out two of my teeth. So in short if you do not speak German, this is a English friendly place to visit. He also speak Dutch if that helps anyone.
