Arguably the rudest conversation I have had with a clinic (or any person for that matter) while…read moremaking an appointment. I have never hung up on any person in my life but this time I could not help it. Asking if I can make explain my situation in English over the phone should not be an offensive comment and should not beg this aggressive and impolite response. I have a health situation and I need to explain it, if you don't cater for non German speakers why would you have an English website??? I'd rather live with my tooth ache (I'd rather have my teeth pulled) then ever call to this clinic another time.
