This GP will make false referrals to Tusla alleging neglect if your ex's solicitor requests it. My child was vaccinated by my ex without my permission. When I learned about it I sent a legal form letter stating that they do not have my consent to vaccinate our children. It clearly stated this was our long standing agreement and was due to religious beliefs and a family history of severe vaccine reactions. Dr Fiona Gallagher mocked this letter in her medical file. My ex's solicitor contacted her a month after our child's vaccination at my ex's request. I believe the solicitor requested a referral to Tusla about me. Dr Gallagher happily wrote a referral to Tusla claiming I had refused medical treatment. She deliberately did not specify what medical treatment I had allegedly withheld in her report to Tusla and she lied to me about the nature of her referral to Tusla. My child had already received the vaccination and no other "treatments" were withheld. This referral was used by my ex's solicitor in court before Tusla received Dr Gallagher's referral. The solicitor knew what was in the referral and attempted to use this as justification to sever my parental rights and colored the opinion of the judge. Currently, our children have not received multiple medically recommended treatments while in my ex's care. I have raised multiple concerns. Recently I attempted to speak to Dr Gallagher about my concerns. In response, Dr Gallagher stated that she did not have the time to dig into that. Dr Fiona Gallagher states that it is the clinic's policy to only communicate with one parent. This policy is preventing me from my legally required duty to safeguard my children thus placing my children at risk of harm and neglect. Dr Gallagher It is my opinion that Dr Gallagher is an old school GP that believes her opinion is gossip. If you are not someone she considers her equal you will be spoken to like a child. I believe she has acted in a bias and prejudice manner and has harmed my children and myself. Currently my children are suffering from neglect and Dr Fiona Gallagher cannot be bothered to help them. read more
