But this place and the staff surprised me over and over with how kind, patient, welcoming, confident, and accommodating they were toward me kid and his needs. Turns out he didn't have an ear infection, but even the doctor who examined him was simply AMAZING working with him. Patient, attentive, respectful, curious, playful, and supportive. The support team was responsive, friendly and helpful. And the Dr was through and tested me for Covid - FLU A and B and RSV. Tests were negative and my lungs sounded good. So in the end - the Dr felt it was only virus. THAT SAID - the cough is terrible. So the Dr gave me something for the cough - which I deeply appreciate. I was seen within about five minutes. Robert triaged. Melody, the PA, took a careful look, assured that no ligaments were involved and proceeded to shoot me up with lidocaine. Many of those pokes hurt, but the result was no pain for the nine stitches that closed the wound. Melody is a real pro, kind, professional, thorough and a great communicator. Robert finished the clean up, wrapped my hand and wrist with stiff but flexible binding, gave me some extra large sterile gloves to keep my hand dry in the shower and sent me on my way. I was walking back home before 10:00am. I highly recommend Brentview in WeHo. I've been here before for different matters and always had positive experiences. Melody gets an A+.

Continuation of care is difficult, Dr would read through my chart in front of me and would relay information incorrectly and get annoyed when I'd correct him.Or you'd see another dr and they have no idea what the other dr did while looking through the chart. That shows me that they're rushing clients in an out, no proper communication between MDS not paying attention and NOT having proper patient care. The PA are always nice and the students they have but I won't be coming back very disappointed.

I went online to save a spot - which clearly states you could be bumped if there is someone with a more urgent need - and arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment. My insurance wasn't showing up as active in the system but I needed to get my foot checked out so asked what it would cost. The woman at registration gave me an estimate and said if they bill my insurance and I have to pay, the bill would be 40% less. I was in a chair awaiting the doctor within 15 minutes. I saw the doctor within 45, had my xray within 90 minutes and was diagnosed - the foot is broken - with two hours. I was given a referral to a specialist and offered validation for my parking. Everyone was kind, compassionate and efficient throughout the entire process. If you live in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, and need help between noon and nine p.m., this is an excellent resource!
