I was pressured to approve multiple diagnostics before even speaking with a physician, then waited nearly an hour in a freezing exam room despite having an appointment and only a few patients present. When the doctor finally came in, I was seen briefly and reprimanded for declining the very tests staff had been pushing from the start, which the doctor agreed would not have been necessary. The doctor refused to look at anything I asked her to and walked out. The clinic itself was dirty, dark, poorly maintained, and the attempted blood draw by an inexperienced technician left me genuinely feeling unsafe. I was also blatantly lied to by the doctor about lab turnaround times once I consented to proper testing. Overall, this experience felt transactional rather than medical. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere. Go literally anywhere else.

My son has several behavioral issues that make going to any doctor a nightmare usually... But this place and the staff surprised me over and over with how kind, patient, welcoming, confident, and accommodating they were toward me kid and his needs. I'm so used to providers misunderstanding and/or mistreating my kid that I was truly shocked by how awesome they were. Turns out he didn't have an ear infection, but even the doctor who examined him was simply AMAZING working with him. Patient, attentive, respectful, curious, playful, and supportive. He didn't judge me for bringing him in, or act like we'd wasted his time. I seriously wanted to hug him at the end, lol. I wanted to hug all of them! Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. U highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for testing and IV fluids/therapy. Keep up the good!

During my exam, Kenny used a type of dye that he dropped into my eye, then examined it with a blue light. I also came in on a Sunday; a member of staff mentioned that things run a bit differently on the weekends. I took the elevator right at 9 am (won't let you otherwise) and when I got to reception there were already 3 in front of me, and 10 more came in after I did. This location takes walk ins and I think you can "save a spot" but only during open hours. The check-in process was fairly efficient, though this may have been because I was already in the Cedars system. To my surprise, the Med Assistant (Oscar) called my name before I could even settle in my seat after check in! Vitals were taken soon after and doctor was in after a few minutes! Sarah was the PA who helped and she was fantastic! Very personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient! She took great care of me and got me out quickly!
