I knew I was in the presence of greatness when I met my Surgeon Dr. Sinno in February... five months later, he has exceeded every expectation that he realistically promised and ultimately overdelivered...Throughout our journey as patient and Practitioner, I have felt seen & heard...never did I feel rushed...In fact, he made me feel like I was the only person on his schedule when he was clearly booked and busy. His plan of care was tailor made and masterfully executed. He values precision and customization and created a blueprint for my vision which has now materialized and I am overcome with gratitude...& joy. I can't believe I look this good just 14 days out... with 15 pounds of swelling that still remains. I am already so delighted with the outcome! As a seasoned RN of 17 years, who has experienced her fair share of plastic surgeons...many come off as cold, clinical, jaded and dismissive. Dr. Sinno is an outlier in the best way possible, a king among men. His quiet confidence penetrating stare and knowing eyes immediately put me at ease. From the moment I laid eyes on him, he made me feel so darn important literally feeling (from our first encounter) that If I wanted to ask a million questions he would answer them all and still ask if there were more without glancing at his watch...This type of bedside manner simply does not exist in 2026 . Despite being a veteran In the game with 31 years under his belt, he has still managed to retain a palpable pride and joy in his craft, and the inquisitiveness and wonder of a resident. He is both brilliant and thoughtful, and even in silence you can hear the gears turning in his brain. He wanted not only to know about my wants and expectations...but me as an individual who I was as a person. I would not dare have another surgeon touch my body... I pray he does not retire anytime soon. I would follow him to the ends of the Earth!! ...I met him as an ugly duckling with loose skin after shedding 150lbs with the help of GLP ones and hard work now Behold! he has transformed me into a black swanThank you Dr. Sinno! I randomly and thankfully chose Dr. Sinno as there aren't many plastic surgeons who do this particular type of surgery. I also don't know of any friends that have had this type of procedure that could have referred me to someone. As a health care provider, I understand all too well the seriousness and risks involved with surgery. I did not make my decision to undergo surgery lightheartedly. The office is very nice and my initial impression of the staff and Dr Sinno was that they were incredibly professional and trustworthy. I first spoke with Tayra who was beyond accommodating and caring. I later met Rima and Justine who were also wonderful. Three months postoperatively, I can say I couldn't be happier with my results. In part I'm sure it's the area of the body but I have no scars and it looks like I was born this way. Having been in the OR for over 25 years, I am well versed with surgical talent when I see it. Dr. Sinno is a true artist. You can't just have good hands and good judgement although they are imperative as a surgeon. Dr. Sinno appears to have it all. I would certainly trust him to do any other surgery on me and from experience can recommend him without reservation. I feel so fortunate to have found him, he seems to be a sincerely good-hearted individual who happens to be an outstanding surgeon.

On the day of surgery, he and his staff were so calming and friendly - they made my jitters go away! It definitely helped that the procedure was done in his own surgery center instead of a hospital. Every time I have visited since, Dr. Sinno and his staff have always been welcoming and warm. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be going back if I need anything else done. He has for sure earned the title of our family surgeon.

My husband was suffering with Rhinophyma due to having Rosacea that did not respond well to medications and also being of Eastern European descent. It wasn't horrible at first, but in the past two years, it took on a new life and actually caused him many issues with his breathing. His dermatologist referred him to a number of plastic surgeons, but for one reason or another the doctors were doing specialty work and as his was for a medical reason, he was having a time. He was given two more referrals, one of them being for Dr. Kanter. My husband said that the office was very nice and staff was very friendly. Dr. Kanter looked at his nose and found that my husband's nostrils were being constricted by the growths. It was decided that he would need surgery to remove them and to reconstruct his nose. He had the surgery three weeks ago and what a wonderful job Dr. Kanter did! My husband is so very pleased as am I. Before and after the surgery-actually he even called the night BEFORE the surgery and one other time....totally unheard of(!), Dr. Kanter spoke to both my husband and I at the outpatient center, letting us know what he would be doing and answering any concerns that we might have. He also called personally to check in to see how hubby was doing the evening that he had the surgery. Always very pleasant and wonderful bedside manner! I know both of us were so very impressed, but what's more impressive is Dr. Kanter's work! My husband printed him about seven or so pictures of his nose before all this happened and he really was able to capture what it looked like previously. He has given my husband his life back and certainly a lot more confidence....the big joke around our house right now is he has the 19 year old nose on the 64 year old face! =P Just a side note, he had a little pain post surgery, but really none to speak of afterwards. Never took anything (even though he did get a prescription) beyond over the counter relief. If you are considering any sort of reconstructive work, we both would recommend him highly!

Poor Results & Dismissive Care - Not for Sensitive Skin…read more I visited Dr. Sarah Mess's office two weeks ago for Botox and had a deeply disappointing experience. Not long after the treatment, my eyes became puffy and began to droop, and I developed a rash--none of which I've experienced before in my many years of getting Botox. The puffiness and rash came from skincare products she applied and tried to sell me, despite me clearly stating that I have very sensitive skin. Instead of testing a small patch, she applied the products all over my face. When I contacted her about the reaction, she told me to take Zyrtec for the puffy, drooping eyes--saying, "It can't hurt"--even though I don't have allergies. For the rash, she offered no professional solution, just told me to use over-the-counter products on my own. When I raised concerns about the results and how I looked, she brushed it off, saying it would wear off in a few months and that I was "still pretty." Meanwhile, half my forehead still has visible wrinkles. There was no real follow-up, no accountability, and no real care. I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. If you value thoughtful, personalized treatment--especially if you have sensitive skin--this is not the place for you. Save your time and your money.

After surgery Dr. Vela did not see me while in recovery to ask how I was feeling and to let me know of the surgery's outcome. I felt abandoned. The nurse that was left to care for me was nice but, briskly wanted me to be awaken and recovered. I'm assuming because it was a Friday evening and she was ready to start her weekend. I communicated with Sara (his nurse assistant) through Klara app. I would send pictures of concerning wounds. Things were looking worse where my drains were inserted, antibiotics were taken daily. The opening was progressively widening and had yellow-whitish draining and liquified drainage coming from the wound. It looked horrific! I was told it was normal, that this does happens with drains and that they were familiar with these happenings. I did come in weekly for follow up appointments. The wound became large enough that the drain was literally hanging out of the wound. I told Sara I was upset and she had me immediately come in the following day after viewing pics. My office visit with Dr. Vela was to remove the drain and sutured the wound. No questions were asked about my concerns and well being. He sent me on my way! Which again left me feeling abandoned and rushed. Prior to leaving my appointment Sara instructed me on how to keep my wound free from infection. I contacted Sara to explain that the wound was opening again and the drainage coming from the area was non stop. She stated that Dr. Vela wanted me to come back in to place another drain. This same particular day my body was weakened and I went to AAMC. That evening visit turned into me being admitted for seven days in the hospital. I needed IV antibiotics, a blood transfusion, CT scans, multiple blood test, pneumonia in my left lung. All due to the wound being infected. AAMC physicians were not able to contact Dr. Vela and left multiple messages. Luckily the infection made its way protruding through the sutured wound which signaled something more was needed. I received wound care while hospitalized. Four days later I spoke with Sara, she was concerned of my well being. Well of course, I had been hospitalized at this point. When I was discharged, I received instructions that I would need to have a nurse come out to treat my wounds 2x a week and also follow up with the plastic surgeon on AAMC campus. I was fearful that Dr.Vela was not in my health's best interest and I did not trust him any longer. After being discharged, I heard from Sara once more. She called for Dr. Vela wanting to know if it was ok for him to call sometime that day. I agreed and I wanted to express to him how I felt about this whole ordeal. Here it is a month later and I never heard from Dr. Vela which came as no surprise to me. I was angry and regretful every day that I had this surgery . I entrusted Dr. Vela to care for me as he was so passionate and confident in his 20 plus years of performing surgeries. He did stress that I may not be happy with my results. These comments should have been alarming considering to choose Dr. Vela to perform my tummy tuck, body lift & fat transfer to buttocks. I thank God for AAMC and their genuine staff that actually treated me with respect, actually considered my livelihood, and the urgency of care that I needed before my life may have turned out for the worse if I had waited for the next appointment or contemplating on seeking extended medical attention. As for my results from the surgery, it is disheartening. Belcara Health declined my request of compensation. I experienced mistreatment, dissatisfaction's and this distressing journey after surgery. The Performance and Operations Manager Angel suggested to see Dr. Cohen. He specializes in breast procedures. I felt my hands were tied because I invested $19,000. I went to a pre-op appointment and I requested to see Dr. Vela and he refused to see me. This was a true blessing in disguise.

So I called today and the desk rep said the manager was busy with a client but I could hear her whispering in the background. Tried to ask when I came in and when did I buy it. Beating around the bush like I've seen other vendors on here do when the deal costs them MONEY$$$. I told her she's not allowing me to use the 3 session not that its not available. Because the same voucher is online right now and able to be purchased. I have submitted a screenshot down below.
