Mike is so very honest. if an appliance cost more to repair than a new one he will tell you. He doesn't just repair things and then you find out you could have bought a new one for less. Mike is a rare find!! read more

Mike was very nice. He answered the phone right away when I called to schedule service for my Samsung refrigerator. He was able to schedule a visit first thing the following morning. He arrived at the early part of the communicated arrival window and he was kind enough to notify me by text when he was on his way. When I explained my issue on the phone initially, he had told me that he would probably not be able to fix the problem. I understood that there is a charge for the visit. Sure enough, when he arrived, he quickly determined that he would not be able to resolve my issue. In hindsight, it would have been very helpful if he would have asked the model number of my fridge on the call to determine for sure if it was something that could not be fixed before we scheduled the visit. To be completely fair, Mike was upfront and transparent about everything from the beginning. I scheduled the visit knowing full well that there was a good chance he was going to tell me that he couldn't fix my issue and that there is a charge for the visit. I will try again with my next appliance issue and I'm confident Mike will earn the fifth star. read more

Mike showed up on time and even let us know when he was on his way. He quickly assessed our fridge and let us know that due to the part no longer being made, the fix was not available. However, he did fix the leak in my dishwasher for free! We are very impressed by his knowledge, honestly, and dependability. Thank you so much! We will reach out to Mike with any further appliance repair needs. read more

Called to get an appointment to have my dishwasher draining issue checked out and he was there the next morning. Dishwasher diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Mike noticed our dishwasher drain hose was leaking and called the company who installed it to let them know the issue was due to incorrect tools that they used in the installation over a year ago. They are coming tomorrow to look for any damage that may have been caused by this. Grateful that he took the time to make that call and lend his professional advice to help us out with that. Thanks, Mike! read more

Timely, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable. However, repair seemed overpriced at more than double cost of service call with no new parts or time required. After he expressed a willingness to negotiate, we were able to settle on a price I felt was very fair for both parties. read more
