They usually have two people to prewash the windshield area that have bugs and the mirrors, grill. Always very pleasant and polite. Updated touch equipment, have Fiber towels and window cleaner, vacuum cleaner available. Tunnel cleaner with brushes, air dry, wheel wash etc. The bonus is that it's accessible from the strip mall in Newburgh. No it does not have the flashy set up like the new ones yet it has all the bells and whistles they have with a personal touch and not overpriced. The spot paint job that they attempted to conceal as grown into an eyesore on the hood. They didn't take the time to check the oil. They put the wrong oil in the car. They sure did accept the cash payment though and the form of a check awfully quickly. They're simply greasers indicative of the car salesperson stereotype. Their response to phone calls specific to any issues was very derelict. I actually helped to write an EEOC complaint against them for a colleague. She won the dispute. I'll never be back.
