I made an appointment for my daughter and she left there in tears and still in pain. The staff was horrible. We were treated terribly. First, my daughter is adopted, and we don't look alike. The receptionist kept saying they need proof she's my daughter....she needs photo ID...Um...she's a child. She repeated that insurance won't pay if she's not my daughter....I understand how insurance works, but thank you. Then, there was some confusion as to their mask policy. Unfortunately, I didn't bring any, and I politely asked if they had any disposable masks we could wear. The person at the desk was so rude and simply said no and we have to leave. They refused to treat her. She left in tears and in pain. Maybe they had a rough day, but kindness and simple human decency is expected when you are working with people.
