Due to lack of communication from the clinic and bs policies, they frequently mishandle my…read moreprescription despite me consistently calling the pharmacy in advance for refills. It seems as though they mess it up more often than get it right at this point. When I recently went to the clinic, they claimed that they had no record of the pharmacy asking for approval for a refill. This was either due to poor communication or a straight up lie. My pharmacy relayed correct information and had a record of my request with the correct day and all which I referenced to my phone call history. Being off of my Rx for days at a time has literally put my life in danger and forced me to take off work. Avoid at all costs unless you have a death wish.
