Had 3 root canal treatments by Dr Lai, all 3 were painless which I find unbelievable. Cons : Need to book at least 1 month in advance, but nurses will call you if someone cancels. Dr Lai only does root canal treatments and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. It's a shame cos she is the best dentist I have ever come across.

Dr. Yeung is friendly, gentle, and extremely professional. While she works quickly and efficiently, you never feel that she is rushing. She is considerate of any and all concerns you may have and works with such precision that I felt no pain. She explains everything step of the process, and even when speaking Cantonese with her assistants, she takes the time to explain what she is saying to ensure your comfort. Every other dentist I've been to pales in comparison to Dr. Yeung. I would strongly recommend her services to anybody in need of a dentist in Hong Kong.

This was about as pleasant as a dental visit can get. I saw Dr. Chang -- he was friendly, patient,…read moreand extremely thorough. I haven't been to the dentist in about a year, so I appreciated the time spent on the exam and cleaning. But be prepared, the initial consultation and cleaning for first time patients is two hours (I thought the office was kidding when they told me that on the phone...they weren't). That two hours goes by quickly, though. The examination is first and takes about an hour with x-rays, health history and a detailed explanation of each step. The second hour is cleaning and polishing. The best part -- there are TVs on the ceiling! The office provides you with headphones. I found 3 episodes of Modern Family to be a wonderful distraction from all the whirring, buzzing and beeping sounds of the dental instruments. This visit doesn't come cheap -- in fact, I think it was the most expensive dental appointment I've ever had, but an overall positive experience. I was in very competent, friendly hands from start to finish and would definitely return.

And he has to clean it. The blood, the spitting and the fact that you just won't believe all the stuff that's been stuck in your teeth. All in all a good day at the dentist. For the past few years I have been coming to Dr. Wong's clinic for dental check ups and cleansing. Prior to that I have been a little less than attentive to my teeth and this got to the point whereby I had to do something about it. On my first visit there I had to sit and wait it out because there was an emergency case; that wait turned out to be one of the longest 5 minutes of my life. The tension. The fear. The bloody zoom sound from the drill. Dr. Wong was as professional as he could be when he saw the state of what resembled some primitive beings' teeth found at an excavation; he nursed them back to good form through a good hour's work. I shall not go into the details but I have to thank them from the bottom of my heart in having to deal with someone as squeamish as I am. Dr. Wong's clinic is conveniently located and the clinic itself is well organized and clean. The waiting area is just an L-shaped sofa but most people come on appointment anyways so it never gets all that busy. I would recommend everyone to go try getting their nashers looked at by him as he is by far the most patient person I have come across in my life with dentists.
