It all was supposed to be replaced, but the installer took a short cut and didn't do what was supposed to be done. They came back and did what was supposed to be done. During a yearly inspection, the tech didn't reconnect something in the attic. Resulted in water leaking through my ceiling and having to have the ceiling redone. I called to schedule yearly inspection and was told basically, I was no longer a customer. I went to high school with Mike. Bought things for him at an auction. And this is the treatment a longtime friend and customer gets. My advice, don't use him.

Have never been more disappointed disgusted and disappointed in service, the technician…read moreetiquette and how they treated myself and my staff, he stuck us with 2 bills and tried a 3rd and left our restaurant with a non functional a/c system after 2700$ worth of parts and repairs and a week of not fixing the unit. We were told lie after lie and on his last day tried to give us another bill and cussed out my lead cook in front of my other staff and customers in the restaurant, have the whole scene on video, told her he was done f the restaurant f the a/c and that he was done all the while yelling and waving his hands in the air and in her face- she's the cook and has no bearing or authority on the a/c or what was or obviously what wasn't going on this continued outside till she was nearly in tears telling her to sign the fn ticket, she told him she wasn't signing anything especially if after a week and nearly 3000$ and our staff customers having to endure 100 temperatures and still no ac ! Unfortunately he cashed the 2 checks we gave him after incomplete work because he said he needed to get paid which was my mistake never pay till work is complete... I could go on with more but again RUN Terrible Terrible Terrible -
