I told him what I was interested in and he took the time to show me several mowers that would work for my needs. He explained the differences in each one and the pros and cons of each. He also showed me the service area of the facility. I ended up purchasing a Husqvarna 48in for my needs. The price was good, as I also received a 10% discount for being retired law enforcement (they also do the same for military). I would recommend giving them a look before you buy from a big box store that just sell and does not service the equipment. If i do need any warranty/service work, I can take it directly to the store for service. They also have a 0% financing promotion. Clay really seems to know his products, and takes the time to explain the equipment and what will help keep it going for a long time. Hopefully I will get many years of use from my equipment. There are not many stores that take the time to assist you like they did........give them a look..... Fred P.

If I could give less than 1 star, I most certainly would. I've hesitated in posting a negative…read morereview bc I truly want to see the good in people yet when I ran into a friend, they were talking about how they were burned by a local appliance store. Turns out it was here too that they had an experience they won't soon forget. We visited this store 4 times prior to purchase. The dryer had sticker debris and a few scuffs but no dents. The washer had some scratches on the tempered glass top and one minor dent on the top R side. We agreed to buy. Paul (owner) delivered w/only a dolly and no straps and no helper. He actually refused help when I offered. I did not think this was going to end well and boy, I nailed it! Paul installed the washer and dryer and then left my house without saying a word (bc of the damage I discovered within 5 minutes of his departure). When I got Paul on the phone after several attempts (the following day), he cussed me out. From that point on, Paul dodged my physical attempts to resolve this by visiting the store. He did say that he would repair them if I left them out on the lawn. Really? Cheap shot! Paul didn't even bother to test the goods to ensure no leakage, et cetera after paying him more to hook them up. He just left and I assumed he was just going out to the truck. After the delivery I thought it was strange that the w/d were so close. When I moved dryer I saw the huge dent on the base of washer. Afterwards, Paul refused to exchange! Paul's sign said, "Exchange Only NO Refunds." It did not say, "Exchange only if cannot be fixed." He failed to show proof washer was dented @ base prior to purchase but didnt hesitateto show me a picture of a totally different washer. I called him out and he threatened to call PD. He said that he can't control what happens from the time he loads the washer on dolly and truck to the time it is delivered and he is not responsible. I made 7 attempts to resolve this with no avail. Oh, and I paid probably the same as I would HD or Lowes for NEW appliances after all his fees. As if the average person carries thousands of cash on them! Unbelievable! K.A.R.M.A. is...well ya know!

It's been awhile but here is an update:…read more After writing my first review here on Yelp I proceeded to write a review for Appliance One in Google. That review was almost IMMEDIATELY viewed by the owner or someone in their company. First they replied to my Google review by apologizing. Someone also reached out to my girlfriend with some excuse saying their truck broke down and they did not have a way to get the washer to her right away. Keep in mind...they were a "no call/no show" the previous day when the washer was supposed to be delivered, and for most of the day on the 20th no one EVER mentioned a broken down truck..pretty fishy. Now the kicker. While they were busy "apologizing" on Google..they were also contacting the Landlord telling him if I did not remove my review from Google they were going to refuse to deliver the washer (see attached screenshots). That's right..these WONDERFUL people were black mailing a single mother with a 6 year old autistic child, holding her washer hostage over the review I posted. I was forced to remove my review of this do called company just so my girlfriend could get her washer delivered. Strange thing is..they seemed to find a suitable delivery truck as soon as my review was taken down, must have been a miracle from God. This company is the WORST I have seen in a LONG time. They have scummy business practices and will stoop so low as to blackmail mother's autistic children. Would not recommend these people to my WORST damn enemies!!!
