We have used Parker Roofing in the past and had no issues, but something has changed. I originally contacted Parker Roofing in June to fix a leak in our roof. They returned my call promptly and came out the next Saturday morning to fix the leak. Charged $140/150, which I gladly paid. He told me before he left that they stand behind their work 100% and if I had any issues to just call and they would come back and fix free of charge. A few weeks later it rained and the leak was still present. So I called back and got a quick response again. They came right out and said they've corrected the issue and we shouldn't have any other problems. The very next rain, the leak was still present. I called Parker yet again. They were a little more difficult to reach this time, but ended up coming out to attempt to fix. Then Hurricane Ida hit and water is still leaking into my house. I called Parker on September 1st. Got a call back that he would call me the next day. He never called. Called back the next week and was told I was still on the list to be contacted. I called a couple more times over the next couple weeks to no avail. So I called end left one last voicemail on September 30, but still have not received a phone call. So now my ceiling is more damaged than before Parker came and I will have to contact a different roofing company to fix what they will not. I love using local people for repairs and services and hoped to avoid writing this review. The Parkers are very nice people, but for whatever reason refuse to return my calls to fix my roof. Just not a good look to ignore customers.
