Your business phone number was going to vm for weeks vm full sent emails to your business email address that says no longer in service then email went through weeks later no call backs no return calls have text messages outgoing and incoming including pictures from mechanic your work phone and another phone number he was communicating from. I am very disappointed because when Alberto and I spoke earlier in the year I advised him of the purchase I would be making and the repair it needed and was assured that his mechanics would do a great job as I was confident in their integrity and their work ethic. Noone has returned any of my calls the mechanic stopped answering refusing to return my vehicle and I've been disrespected and disregarded now I am forced to take legal action against you. I left a review on their google business page a month ago someone hearted the message but never responded as the owner often replies to reviews left. The business number is still the same goes to vm and has been since 12/2025. Sent a demand letter with a packet of proof that this busienss was in possession of my vehicle that was returned at this point a lawsuit is the only move to make. God will work it out for me. It's pretty disgusting.

Not only did he repair the main issue but he also changed up radiator lines that had a kink. Mr. Khuu is very knowledgeable in cars and it definitely shows. He took the time to explain to me on the severity of the damage and what to look for when it comes to daily maintenance. This place is owned and operated by Tien Khuu so you will have the peace of mind knowing he will be working on your car. 5 stars!!! Would go again for any other repairs!

I asked the owner of the shop where in the shop is the sign of their daily storage fees and he said he was going to get one. Are you F ing kidding me? That was his answer! I will be suing them!!!!!

Within 45 minutes of contacting him he showed up to where my car was in Anaheim and did all 4 of my brakes for literally an eighth (yes, really an eighth) of what other places would charge. My car was completely disabled and the brakes were grinding metal to metal and in less than 1 hour I was up and running again! I figured I'd have to pay more for the convenience of having him come to me and for the speedy service but it was the opposite. What a pleasant surprise! I will never use another mechanic again.

This review is a little past due but I decided to finally do it because I feel I should keep others…read morefrom going through the same trouble I am right now... earlier this year I had an accident and needed to have my front left control arm replaced I looked all over on yelp and came across this company and since they had good reviews, I decided to give them a shot because of the convenience. Nick showed up three hours after he said he would, and didn't bother to call.. also didn't answer when I tried calling him, luckily I hadn't left work yet because he finally just randomly shows up. Takes a look and says I need a control arm and end links for the front seat bar. He goes and orders them and says he would be back the next day... he never showed up and wouldn't answer his phone. He finally shows up the next day(again just randomly showed up). Thankfully once again I was still there at work... he showed up in a pickup truck that was his personal vehicle because "his work rig was in the shop". Ok no big deal.... he does the work and I ask to test drive it before he left. The steering was really loose and unresponsive. Also there was a clunking sound. He said he had to go and would be back to work on it again. Next day driving it back to work to meet nick as he requested, steering was really sloppy and unsafe. Nick never showed and never answered my calls. I took it to another shop and had them look at it. He forgot to replace a couple bolts and put the wrong control arm in. After a few days, I finally got ahold of him and told him and he swore up and down he would never forget to put parts back. And that he got the correct control arm. He said he would be back to check his work and never showed. I was never able to get ahold of him again Fast forward a good few months and the car is in the shop having the front control arm replaced along with the front sway bar and the end links he forgot to replace yet charged me for. So now I am down $400 for the wrong part and missing end links that he never installed and another 500 for parts and labor for the new auto shop to do the work correctly. I really wanted to like this company as I love the idea and convenience of the idea, and nick really was a nice guy, but man I really got screwed by these guys... I'm really tempted to look into what I can do legally at this point. I hope this review helps anyone else that is looking at going through this company. Also, before I'm told the same as the others about contacting drivers directly, the number was the one listed here on yelp and have documentation to prove so.

I live in HB and had to take to Rancho Cucamonga. Just to hard to coordinate the work and travel. Our local Ford dealer and local truck repair centers are a joke. Adam is the best person I have met in a very long time. Honest reasonable and fair man. His knowledge is golden on these work horse trucks. He is a one man shop with 4 bays and always busy. With hesitation I am writing this review that it may be me more time to get an appointment but this guy is the most honest mechanic that I have run into. And we are lucky to have him here in HB. He is worth the wait.
