The house was very clean, decorated beautifully, and just like the pictures or even better. Examples of great customer service: -A very kind lady called me the day before arrival to check to see if I had any questions, and she gave me great recommendations for local wineries. Her recommendation ended up being my favorite! -I loved the pillows in one of the bedrooms, and Autumn from Lifestyle Properties helped me to track down the pillow brand and website. -I also left a Bluetooth speaker at the house, and they called to let me know and shipped it back to me.

We have been customers since they opened in 2011- so many good choices!! *only side note, the market downstairs does open at 7 am daily, and they do play music at that hour. My BF and I spent two days wine tasting in the Willamette Valley in May 2021. We were originally…read moresupposed to go in Nov 2020, but the state shut down for COVID. At that time Stephan just saved all our info in case we were able to come later (so happy that we were). He didn't charge us anything at that time even though I'm sure he'd done work arranging things. Stephan organized our trip, picking fantastic wineries for us to go to based on our preferences (we only picked one of the 8 and it was the only one we didn't buy wine at...should have let him pick them all!) and two great lunch spots. Ian drove us around in a luxe black sedan. Both were fantastic to work with and very responsive. We had to change hotels at the last minute (days before) due to an outbreak closing the first hotel and they didn't miss a beat working around that. Ian gave us great suggestions for places to eat dinner and things to do on our day off. He also drove us to a convenient store at the end of the day when one of us needed some medicine, and helped us load all the wine into the car and then carry it into the hotel. He was COVID safe and wore a mask the entire time even though all three of us were vaccinated (and bonus points that he was vaccinated). Side note that everyone we interacted with at wineries were also vaccinated if people are looking for a safe COVID experience. 10/10 would use them again.
