I wanted a natural look that wouldn't be too jarring for the groom as I rarely wear makeup anymore. I was happy right away with what she did from the get-go! On the wedding day she arrived on time like she agreed to and was prompt. She got along perfectly with all the bridesmaids and guests and helped calm my nerves of the day with her bubbly personality. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that. I've never had my eyebrows done before since they're so light and felt kinda awkward trying to explain what I wanted but Heather was on it. She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result. My eyebrows now look fantastic and I will definitely be going back for another tint/wax when it is time.
