LOVE our hometown Home Depot!…read more Every time I come here the sales associates that work here are always so professional and extremely helpful! Bought a few other items and a Husky 4-drawer table-top tool chest for my hubby for his upcoming bday. Between me and my sales associate, we looked hard to find one that was just right...plus the price was pretty affordable. Finally landed on the Husky because I didn't need anything too large as you can see by my pic. Bottom line...coming to Home Depot is always a pleasurable experience!

I've never been so disappointed with a store as I am with the Home Depot in Montrose. I ordered…read morecabinets on November 5th, they took the money from my account, and then claimed the order was "never placed." Because of their mistake, the project in Ouray fell behind by weeks, and a family is now unable to return to their home before Christmas. All because of cabinets that should have been delivered the first time. I was then told the new delivery would be November 28th. While I was out of town caring for my grandmother who has dementia, I received an email saying the cabinets had been dropped off in a public area on the side of the street--no call, no warning, nothing. Anyone could have stolen or damaged them. I had to pay someone out of pocket just to get them safely inside. And when I returned, one cabinet was broken. What made everything worse was the treatment I received from an employee named Tasha. She said she'd call me back, never did, and when she finally spoke to me, she was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience. When I tried to calmly explain the situation, she accused me of having an "attitude," showed zero empathy, and told me to "be realistic." She expected me to personally haul the damaged cabinet back to the store just to start the process over again. At this point, the cabinets have been ordered three separate times because of Home Depot's errors. I've spent my own money, rearranged my life, and done all the follow-up myself--only to be spoken down to and treated with disrespect. I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with Home Depot, and I've never felt so ignored or belittled. This entire situation has been stressful, costly, and completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address the incompetence and attitude at this store.
