I requested for her to get bangs. They were very fast on getting her back and I didn't have an appointment. The actual bangs were not that great I'll admit. but they were so nice that i didn't have the heart to tell them that they were wayyyy too short:( there wasn't really any face framing either to make it look a bit nicer. I might try trimming them at home from now on but it's definitely a nice place to take kids for the vibe.

Can't do a simple BOWL CUT literally the easiest hair cut (again we've been twice and it was done quick, easy and professional) she did nothing to soothe my son then complained he was moving (not much) but this is literally a kids establish & you're the manager ...so even if a child is being IRATE you should be able to handle it and get the job done. My son fussed a few times, shook his head, a normal toddler learning to get a hair cut. Then she had the nerve to get VERY snarky and have an attitude with me because i didn't want to pay full price when she clearly messed up my sons head & BAD, he looks ridiculous. From one beauty professional to another....You should be ashamed & revisit why you work with kids if you can't handle it.

It's official. I hate this place…read more I have been going here a few times a year for 3 years. It's never been the greatest, but my last three visits have been terrible. It's not worth it to have a cheap hair cut. Visit 1: everything was great and the stylist was great. Until I got home and realized my asdfghjkl hair was lopsided in a major noticeable way. Visit 2: I find the time to go back a bit later to get it fixed. I waited 40 minutes and nothing happened. One stylist was busy fixing a male police officer's hair (it's a military haircut, does it need to take so long? He was young and attractive, and looked her age, so I assume she took her time with him for reasons). Then the other person finished up, said she'd be back...and disappeared in the back room. The other stylist finished and disappeared too. I said forget it and walked the hell out - I was the only one there and waiting. Visit 3: she wets my long straight hair an ungodly amount - I didn't realize too much until later. She kept spritzing the scented water (or is it product? Unsure) and it got ALL OVER NY FACE AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE. I literally got my hand out from under the cape and wiped my face and...nothing. Maybe I should have said something, but I was exhausted and in pain from a health issue. Also: stylists who need to cut wet hair aren't good at their job - hair should be cut dry. Wet hair is easier to cut but doesn't end up with a good result. Then she kept brushing my hair and LORD HAVE MERCY. She was yanking that brush through and jerking my head to where I had to ask her to be gentler. She apologized. She then asked if I had a sensitive head. Like...no? You were just yanking it? I was so pissed, y'all. I still tipped over 20% even if she didn't deserve it, because I am sure this place doesn't pay well. I then walked out of there with my wet hair, hating my life choices. So yeah. I will save up money to throw at a better salon because I officially hate having my hair cut now - something that should be a relaxing experience

I flinched slightly and the gal grabbed my head and told me I must sit still. I laughed and said will you stab me in the head. She set an a stern voice, "I did not stab you. That was my scissors running across your scalp." I chuckled, and said you did stab me where she exclaimed again that she did not! It took me about two or three seconds of being utterly dumbfounded wondering if I had blood running down my head, when I stood up took my cover off and told her I was going somewhere else. I told her if she just would have owned what she did and apologized it would not of been a huge deal because mistakes happen.
