My barber did a good job cutting most of my hair with scissors and using clippers for the close trim work around my ears and neck. Being an old guy, I thought the cost was a little steep, but everything cost more these days. Happy with my cut and the employees. Probably will be going back for my next cut.

An old school barber shop you can walk in by yourself or with kids in tow and get a great haircut, a conversation, and watch the news or a hame if you're so inclined. Great haircuts but not flexible for returning clients…read more I've been going here for about a year now without issue. I try to be generous to anyone who provides a service for me because I value l the relationship and flexibility it often provides. That being said, my haircuts come in at $20 a cut. Each time I bring $40 so essentially tipping 100%. Today, after a year of coming here and tipping 80-120% each time, I was unable to make it in as something came up at work. I promptly rescheduled within an hour of the appointment. I get it, that's a spot, that's income, etc.. In lieu of this, I was sent an $11 charge for cancellation. I totally understand this from a business perspective but I've came here for 12 months (1/month) so my total bill would come to $240 annually but I've paid $480 including tips. I guess I figured a recurring good customer was worth more than a $11 fee. If you want a solid haircut, this is a great place. Personally, it's the best haircut I've ever had but, unfortunately will have to find someone else.
