When my son said "ouch" over 10 times I had to ask the barber to be nicer to my four-year-old's head which he aggressively replied "if he can't handle it, maybe he should go somewhere else". Once he finally understood that I was upset by the way he was cutting my son's hair. He sarcastically started cutting his hair. Being overly "careful", cutting slow and making a joke of it.
