To his credit, he does a nice color if you get lucky ( the first and third attempts were good), but stay away from his bootleg keratin straightening service. Now I'm stuck with curly/frizzy hair that I paid way too much to get rid of. I've done keratin treatments on and off for years at other salons, so I am very familiar with what a successful outcome is, but this isn't it. To top it off, he wouldn't reply to my texts and calls about my continued dissatisfaction except to reply: "lol" Apparently, he thinks its funny to take my $ and leave me with crappy hair. Studion H Salon located in Keene, NH is outstanding. Recently had services whihc included Facial,…read morePedi, and hair cut. Professional Gary Lefebvre was my technician. Everyone in the salon stated how relaxed I appreared following my facial. Gary was professional, well mannered, gental and did an outstanding job. My skin feels renewed and soft. My Pedicure was amazing. The heels on the bottom of my feet no longer drag along my sheets. This would happen even after I went to the local 25.00 shop(s). My feet are smooth as silk. I LOVE IT. My hair is always the same, and ever since Gary has been cutting it, my office full of girls are all like ..."Who cuts your hair?" I cannot obviously say enough! Great Salon - Great People - Great Service!!!

He took his time, gave me exactly what I asked for, and seemed to use every tool he had: clippers, scissors, straight razor, etc. He gave so much attention to detail that I started worrying that I was going to be paying LA salon prices. However, the haircut was $25, and it was the best haircut I have gotten in 20 years. I should also mention that I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Todd. He helped to knock me out of a depression. What a great all round experience! I left in a great mood. We hope to move to Middlebury permanently, and when we do Mac's will be my barbershop.

I asked him to do some easy items such as an edge up cleaning up my face and a taper in the back. I still have hair on the back of my neck so there was no taper. I still have hair on my face and and half of my mustache is gone and the other half is still long. Needless to say I won't EVER go back to this establishment. I'm used to leaving the barbershop feeling like a new man and now I feel much worse than when I came in. I'm so upset! If you value your physical appearance I suggest you don't go get a haircut from Mac's they will ruin your day, guaranteed! Now I have to go buy razors to try and fix what I paid him to do!! I wish I could give them negative stars!!
