You might want to think twice about going to this provider for new eyewear. They are not…read moretransparent with billing and actually not knowledgeable about what is covered by insurance and what isn't. They also don't know how to properly submit a claim. Be prepared to get an additional bill in the mail after you have already paid what you were told is the total amount. Then if you try to find out why you got the extra bill - good luck. They will also do a retinal imaging test, but not tell you that it has a $40 copay beforehand. In the two years I've gone there, both claims have been incorrect. My order for glasses either got lost or done wrong, the first time I went there and they never called me about it. Just waited for me to call them asking where my glasses were. I gave them a second chance, but will never go back there. When questioning the bill this time, the billing department told me "Well, we just give you an estimate of what the insurance company will cover. We don't have all of the information". I said, "wait - what? Shouldn't you?"
