After completing paperwork and going to the bathroom, I undressed and was on the table at 12:56 (her clock on table) and then Patricia came in a few minutes later. The massage was very good. Patricia had just the right touch on sore areas and knew what spots to hone in on. My problem with this message is Patricia ended at 1:10 (according to her clock and I double checked time on my phone) and shorted me over 15 minutes that I paid for. The massage was not cheap. I definitely felt cheated. When I asked her what happened to the 90 minute massage she told me I came early. I explained I came early but we did not start until after 12:56. She said, "Oh I thought we started earlier." Very unprofessional. I did not leave a tip since she shorted me by over 15 minutes. I will definitely not be back.

Not only she's well versed in the human anatomy and physiology but also highly intuitive. She took information about my health and conditions before beginning her therapeutic massage, not many therapists takes the time time nor have the skill to analyze these information. I often joke that when I see God, the first thing I would ask for is a new body. I didn't see God that day but I got a new body. I highly recommend Betsy.

I got a lot more than I bargained for- the Massage was absolutely phenomenal- and I am a seasoned massage snob- my therapist was amazingly educated, AND intuitive- she completely eliminated and relieved all of the trigger points that had begun to cause me severe low back discomfort from all the driving, by addressing areas I didn't even realize were responsible. She was very kind, friendly, comfortable, and generous with her time... All while my dogs napped quietly in the corner of her spacious and beautiful office. This therapist is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in numerous modalities. I believed she started with cranio-sacral on me (not sure), and she knew exactly where to apply pressure. I've tried to look for another therapist similar to her background, skills and style in San Francisco but have had no luck. She is a gem and I wish I could have her in Northern California!

She exhibited suspicion and resentment, it seemed like, when I wanted to know about the procedure, complaining that it would take time to provide information, and she was running behind due to an elderly client. She just ordered me to get on the table...I had to ask for what, and did not even know we were going to start with needles. One the phone I had explained this was my first experience with accupuncture, and had questions about the herbal supplements I wanted to take as well. She told me to bring them with me, but never followed up with it in the office. She does not know how to create a friendly, kind, professional rapport at all. She actually reminded me of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and had the most cold demeanor I have ever seen in healthcare. I stated I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave, and asked if I owed anything. She stated that she could not bill me because she did not perform a service. Low and behold she has attempted to bill my insurance for sitting there being rude for a few minutes! That is fraud. I do not recommend her at all. BEWARE.
