I sent Panhandle Soft wash a message and they got back to me quickly and was able to get scheduled in a very reasonable time. They were recommended by a family member. It was so convenient because I was able to make the payment online which works perfect because I do not live in town. My Grandmother is very happy with the team that came to clean. She said the team worked really well together. While being socially distant during the covid situation going on she said they were extremely polite and did not make any mess. They were on time and stayed in the time frame of how long it would take. She also has shrubs around just about the entire house and none where harmed. All the trees are Heritage oaks and protected in the city limits. Nic, with DPW, worked with the city of Pensacola arborist to know exactly what could, and could not, be cut. Nic worked with me to beat the competition on price. The day they were working on this project I had a huge oak fall over in my own yard and take out a good bit of my privacy fence. DPW cut the tree limbs away from the fence so that I could at least repair it and keep my German Shepherd from escaping. They cut and hauled a dumpster full of limbs and DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT! Such a show of good will and compassion in my time of need. Their professionalism and integrity is unmatched! Thank you Nic, and DPW, from the bottom of our hearts!

I spent over $400 for this "repair" and they only patched it with material that isn't allowed to be used, and did not service the line correctly according to industry standards. Not only that, they broke my garden shovel while digging up the dirt and when I requested a refund, they read my message and left it on read instead of reaching out for a solution or reimbursement. Avoid at all costs. I will update this review if they respond and make good. Until then do not trust this company.
