We developed a diesel leak, and J&J came right out to the campground to take a look. They diagnosed the problem immediately and let us know that unfortunately, the part needed to be replaced and would take several days to arrive. As soon as the part came in, they came back out and installed it right away. We were so impressed with how quickly they got us back on the road! Their service was excellent, they were extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. On top of that, they were friendly, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us. We are so thankful for this wonderful couple who went above and beyond to help out an older couple from Texas who found themselves in a bind while traveling.
