Not sure how many or how little people work here or how many cabs there are but you deff need to have patience with them. I had to wait 45 min for a cab one way and the other way was a shorter wait time but still a bit of a wait. The pricing is on the pricey side for this company. But the driver I had was very nice. So that was a plus. 45 min drive was 90.00 and a 20 min ride was 45.00.

The dispatcher was polite, said the cab would arrive in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, he arrived with two other people in the van. No problem. He was friendly and chatty, dropped us off first. Yet it took 30 minutes after the set pick up time for the driver to finally admit he didn't know where we were because his "GPC" malfunctioned... we missed out train but even another 45 minutes of giving specific directions couldn't get this "local" taxi driver to us. The Uber driver who finally came to get us had zero trouble finding us so it all goes to show what horrendous service HA taxi offers. Do not trust him with your travel!
