We loved the thunderstorm room, but had to go back many times to actually get a decent spot. The baths and pools inside were very fun. The outdoor pool was cool too. This place is full of surprises and cool things! The apertivo was lovely- we had Bellinis and tons of snacks. Great timing too. I will say, it was crowded on a Tuesday afternoon and everyone there was trying to get content, which ruined the magic a bit. It was mostly people in their 20-30s, all chatting and using phones the entire time. So not a place to completely check out or relax, but a lot of fun. We got photos too, so I can't complain, just trying to paint a picture of the vibe.

Lots of folks have described the many treatments all over social media, but I'd like to focus on the excellent buffet lunch (optional but worth every euro). My daughter had Pat and she said it was so good as well and very friendly that she feels very at ease, since we have separate rooms. Bonus: They let my daughter take a shower as well. I was visiting my fiancee now husband in Milan and was in need of a trim. I walked in Thursday and requested an appointment. They fit me in the next day! Then when I told them what I wanted they booked me with their head stylist visiting from the salon in Rome. I asked for a deep conditioning treatment and they washed my hair the way I like it! That was the longest part of the process the blowout and cut were done in 45 mins. Wow, I was so scared of how it would come out and then to find my hair looked so beautiful. Also, my blowout lasted for days, almost a week. I am definitely getting my hair done here when I come back. They really are professional and work like a team here. I also had a Manicure and Pedicure here and was happy with that, however it is not like when you have your nails done here in the states. I think I was her only client so she really took her time. Almost 2 1/2 hours. But she was really friendly to me and tolerated my terribly spoken Italian and my ok spanish.

I had been thinking about getting my hair cut short and was thrilled when they said I could come back in a few hours and that the artistic director would cut it! I went in and had a nice wash and then Dominic, I believe, asked what I wanted. Mostly I told him what I didn't want. He listened carefully and then commenced the best haircut I have ever had. It looks great! I have had many unsolicited compliments, and it is so very easy to style. My only concern now is finding someone here in the states to cut it as well. It was a great experience. Well done everyone!

LOVED. THIS. PLACE…read more Very modern / futuristic-looking hotel. The decor is what initially drew me in, and I'm glad it did. Before I begin my review on the spa I just want to say that everyone I encountered at this hotel was extremely pleasant and did the utmost to make me feel welcome - the doorman, the concierge, the spa personnel, etc. Fantastic customer service. I had to speak a little Italian initially but the staff were proficient in English as well, which was impressive (and comforting) to me. I had a spa appointment the evening before I was set to fly back to the states. The spa area itself has a serene, relaxing atmosphere. (Side note: If you have time I would also recommend checking out the pool, as it is one of the most impressive pools I have ever seen.) Now, back to my appointment- the technician was ready to take me in as soon as I came down, which I was happy about. She was very friendly, professional, and was someone that I was able to hold a conversation with, too. She really did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations, taking extra time to make sure her work was well done and that I was satisfied. When I come back to Milan I will definitely be coming back here. Five star experience!

There is a menu of services out on the sidewalk, in Italian. The receptionist buzzed me in and she was able to get me in for a same day appointment. Yea. She speaks English better than she thinks, and with my Italian we did OK. The main floor is mani, pedi and hair. The massage rooms and bathroom are up one flight. There is a downstairs too. Waxing maybe? Need to check out their other services. The massage room is small but adequate. Candles and soft rock set the mood. In Italy the client is given a disposable 'slip'. This is a paper thong that customers must wear. A towel was draped over the table and another laid on top, tied in a pretty red bow, to drape over your body. My masseuse really knows her stuff. She followed what my muscles were telling her was needed and I feel like a new woman! The lotion seemed to get hot when she used fast strokes, heating up the muscles. It's been a long time since I've had a massage and she did a great job considering the mess of knots she was presented with. I have been to a few places in Italy for a massage and these Italian ladies are doing a good job. If you are in need of some pampering while in Milan, I can recommend the massage here.
