Their manners and respect are impeccable and honest. Ferris, in particular, is a real credit to your company! I did not get the name of his companion on that day, but he deserves praise as well, including the serviceman who came on Monday, 3/10/18. Avoid at all costs. Leumeah Air Conditioning do extremely dodgy work, he showed me the hole in our…read moreduct and I asked him if he patched it and he said yes. When he left I went up on the roof and removed the tiles to see where the hole was as also there was a burn mark in the photos he showed me, surprise surprise, he didn't fix it and if I was the typical person I wouldn't have known any different and it would have costs us thousands in electricity bills over the next 10 or 20 years etc as the air is going straight up into the roof cavity. I also asked him why the air con had a high pitch whistling and he said because the vents were closed and the filter was dirty and I said that the vents are always closed (except what we want open) and the filter is not the issue. Funny that when I put some tape over the hole and now the whistling noise is gone. I rang my insurance and assessor's and the assessor said that he said he didn't fix it and maybe they would come back some other time. The repair job is 5 minutes, why would you come back another day to fix it, so yes the assessor's are really bad also. I rang Leumeah Air Conditioning and said to him why did you lie and he said, ""I don't know what hole you are talking about"", yet he was pointing to the hole on his phone picture when I asked him if he had patched it. Avoid at all costs unless you want poor workmanship and the possibly of high power bills and your air con not working at it's proper capacity.
