Not one time did they bring up that they weren't in my network. Or that my copay wasn't covering my charges. Dr Cox explained what this procedure entailed and respected my concerns. The surgery was an outpatient procedure and went home the same day. It's been a year now and I am totally satisfied with Dr Cox's work. Of course the Reverse revision is just that, reverse and it has its limitations. But I understood the restrictions and I am very happy. The office. Is pleasant and the staff wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Cox.
