His mother even roasts the coffee beans herself in Italy and sends them over to him here!!!! (No I'm not kidding) .... When the woman handed me my pup cups, she had no gloves on. She then licked whipped cream off her hand and immediately continued making another drink without washing her hands. That was extremely unsanitary and honestly made me uncomfortable. There was also an issue with the customer behind me. He ordered an iced coffee and was initially told they didn't have iced coffee. When he questioned this, the employee said it would take about two minutes to make. The customer said he was fine waiting, so it was unclear why he was initially told they didn't have it. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, the hygiene practices were concerning, and there seemed to be very little effort to accommodate reasonable customer requests. The gas prices were dirt cheap compared to the other gas stations in the area and an extra 2 minutes up the road (first gas station off the highway).
