They really listened to what I was looking for, were cognizant of my financial limitations yet allowed me to dream big, and were so patient in answering my thousands of questions as a first-time home buyer. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be able to buy a house in this economy (much less in Tahoe), and yet Janie found "the one" for me and helped me navigate such a complicated process with grace and patience. Even my neighbors knew how great she was, as she helped them buy their homes, too. I've been in my house for over a year now and I'm just as thankful and giddy as Day 1. Even after buying the home, Janie and her team have been helpful -- recommending trusted handymen, plow services, designers, and other local workers over the past year. I started following Anna on her social channels in mid-2020 after observing the velocity at which she was putting properties under contract -- keeping close tabs on the Tahoe market, I noticed that Anna was outpacing nearly everyone else. In the spring of 2021, we interviewed Anna and 2 other realtors to list our Olympic Valley home; she was the most prepared and presented a comprehensive plan for how she was going to facilitate the process from start to finish. Her ideas and approach were unique and her insights regarding staging and property presentation made a huge impact. Our timeline was very aggressive and Anna was able to accelerate things on her end to exceed our expectations. We received multiple offers and closed on the property in just over 5 weeks after interviewing Anna. Throughout the process, she was on top of every detail, provided ample communication + updates, and formed a personal relationship with us that made the process much more enjoyable. In a hot seller's market, you might not internalize the importance of a strong listing agent, but Anna will maximize the return of any property she represents. Anna understood our goal in finding a mountain home and demonstrated tremendous patience as we evolved from our initial goal of purchasing a townhouse in Tahoe City to identifying a dream home in Truckee. Without question, Anna placed our needs and priorities first, which resulted in a trusted relationship we feel so appreciative about. We highly recommend Anna!

I have now bought 2 homes using their services, and also sold 2 homes, and wow I was blown away at how quickly and efficiently they worked, while being fully transparent and always keeping a positive "let's do this!" attitude. A+, 5 stars, flawless service, excellent outcomes. Over the summer of 2021 my fiancee and I made the decision to renovate our kitchen. In order to do so in the timeframe we wanted, I needed to sell my cabin in Tahoe. I synced with Alison to understand her thoughts on my home, the market in general, and thoughts on the future. She took time out of her day to educate me, and 24 hours later I decided to move forward. Alison's team quickly provided me with a checklist, we all split up tasks (including her team completing tasks on my behalf), and within 5 business days we were on the market! I love moving quickly and even I was blown away! Alison was able to move the house in less than a week (if you do not consider the week of wildfires). Her staging decisions were amazing and ultimately we got 3 offers, one of which stood out which we decided to move forward with. The buyer wanted to move quickly (cash and lifted contingencies), and in all of 10 days (!!!) we completed the entire checklist and closed. And to be sure, my cabin's value/listing price was probably in the bottom 50th percentile (maybe even lower) for her, and she still treated me as if I was one of her top clients. I cannot express how amazing Alison and her entire team is. When the day comes and I purchase my forever cabin in Tahoe, she's the only person I'll trust. If it's in 20 years and she's retired I'll knock on her door and beg her to come out one last time! The entire Elder Group team is amazing. THANK YOU!
