The staff is very friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to assist you with your selection of eye wear and to make sure you are satisfied with your selection. Alice has always been amazing and knows just what suits each patient's needs in eye wear. She is most helpful in explaining all of the available options to the patient. My sister drives almost 3 hours to receive this great service as well. I really appreciate their flexibility in getting me into their office in a timely manner if I ever have a concern with my eyes or glasses. The front receptionist has always been there to assist us with our appointments and insurance claims. Dr. Pflueger has been very welcoming and takes a sincere interest in the patient. He is also very thorough in his exams. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for eye care professionals.
