The faucets presented a challenge due to corrosion, but he persevered through the issues and successfully replaced them. They look and work fabulously. Then after I agreed to the very reasonable estimate a week prior, the crew came out yesterday and did a great job. They actually did more than I expected and these oak trees look wonderful and professionally done. They made sure to put the black tar stuff where each limb was removed, and they cleaned up the area after they were done. The only issue I had with New Heights was when dealing with the secretary and setting up the initial visit. Other than that, everything was great and I highly recommend them.
