Jaime gave us a very reasonable quote and a time frame for starting. That time frame kept getting pushed back (due to another job he was working on) and correspondence was sporadic. We started to worry that this was just going to be another failed experience. But Jaime finally arrived and the work he did was stunning! Jaime allowed my wife to give her vision of the bathroom and he made it a reality. There was a misunderstanding that caused more work for Jaime and he did it with minimal complaints. He kept my wife, who was working from home, abreast of what he was doing and what he was noticing in our walls. He fixed additional items in our house while he was here and truly went above and beyond. After finishing, we noticed a leak, and he was here the next day fixing it.
