Being my first time getting injections, I was very nervous walking into Evolve. I cannot emphasize…read moreenough how informative, reassuring, and understanding Jessica has been with me. Since then, I've now had under eye filler, lip filler, and occasional lip flips done by Jessica. She pays great attention to detail and being the perfectionist that she is, I have always left absolutely in love with my results.

I purchased a prepaid package which included six laser sessions. I had two sessions and experienced…read morewhite spots on my skin. I brought this to the attention of the front desk person (and the owner's aunt) Cari who never offered a solution so I just didn't mention it again. When I went to use my remaining sessions Cari was confused as to what I had purchased and told me there wasn't enough funds left to complete my package, which I had already paid for in advance. I explained that a prepaid package is an agreement and they needed to honor that agreement. That's when I saw an additional $75 charge on my credit card. When I called to discuss it Cari told me that charge was necessary to add funds to my profile "wallet" so I would have funds to complete my sessions. Which is ridiculous because I prepaid for everything. Then I saw on my "patient portal" (which is an online profile) that they charged me for a service I did not receive further depleting my remaining funds. I brought this to Cari's attention three times but she never corrected it. I asked many, many times to talk to the owner Jessica G********* and was denied. I told her that I no longer was comfortable going to that spa and I'd like a refund of my remaining funds. Cari told me that she "wasn't even going to mention it to Jessica because Jessica had practices in place that would ensure that I never got a refund." Finally Jessica agreed to a meeting with me only to cancel it last minute because she had other clients to see. The business then ignored me for a solid month. When they finally got back to me it was to inform me that because a month had gone by I had lost the right to use $75 of my remaining funds. Finallly, I reached out to my credit card company to try to get back my remaining money. Jessica submitted false information to the credit card company. This is a terrible business. Stay away.

The second appointment they text-canceled at 8 in the morning for an 9:00 AM appointment on Saturday, . I was texted that the business was going to be closed for the day, but I did not receive this message until I was sitting in the lot. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot at 9 o'clock and at 9:20 someone showed up and told me that in fact the appointment had just been canceled. She rescheduled with me for 12 PM same day. I received another treatment from Maya. I scheduled another facial for the end of this month. I just received a call to tell me that they would be having construction behind the building so they canceled my appointment. Didn't even try to reschedule. I will not be going back.

I found there was a general lack of communication between me and the team that is in place. If my loved one says they're not getting PT then the nurse should be able to look on the system and tell me when they're scheduled for PT. I should not have to call the PT area and bother them. there were many more instances of lack of communication, lack of information in their charts, etc. I can't address the assisted living care because it doesn't seem they have any special area they live in. they are in the middle of all the rehab patients. Only the memory care area was separated. Parking is an issue as there is not a lot of it and the walk up to the entrance is rather long. Staffing seems to be adequate during the day.
