I asked the crew to move the truck closer to the job too save walking back and forth, "no, we do it this way". I had 38 post caps that fit that I wanted them to use, but they put new ones on and charged for those. Want to buy some post caps? I would suggest that you use Dutch Way, I will the next time.

I looked through their brochure, but didn't see the exact fence I wanted, so they did a custom fence based on what I described. The work was done on time and the fence was exactly what I had envisioned. In the eight years since, we have had two problems both involving a section loosening. The first time it happened, it was about a year and a half after we got the fence; they reset it without charging us. Most recently, the section of fence attached to our house became loose. We were also getting a shed and had to remove a section for the truck because our 9' gate was too narrow, so we removed the section adjacent to the loose section and had them fix and reset at the same time. We had to coordinate with the shed company because we have dogs and I didn't want to go too long with a gap in our fence. Our shed delivery was delayed a month because of rain, but Premier Vinyl was incredibly flexible and patient--seriously, the shed was delayed four different times! Ultimately Premier Vinyl was able to fix and reset our fence the day the shed was delivered. And the cost was about half of what I expected it to be. We also had them replace our wooden front porch rails with vinyl rails several years ago, and the service and product were just as great. I hight recommend them for any kind of vinyl project.

Communications is not being returned from Jeremy at Central Valley Fencing. Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When the contractor finally texted me apologizing and saying that once he came back to the United States, would drive to my house and install the gates, I asked him for an installation date to update my complaint. April 2nd update -- have not heard from this vendor on finishing the work.
