The actual school was good and the classes began and ended timely…read more The curriculum is confusing. It states that once the teen obtains a driving a permit, they are then able to drive. This is not so true. The teens obtain their permits within the first week of the 3 week course. There after, there is only class time and they teens are not allowed to drive during this time. The driving is scheduled after the three week class course is over. This means, the driving school can take months to complete. To be able to set up any driving times, you have to pay a fee on top of the already paid for class time, even if you paid for class and drive. The drive times are scheduled on line on Monday's and it's first come first serve without a lot of offered times. The teen needs to complete 7 drive times to complete the course and drive days are not allowed back to back. Oh, and don't get your drive time incorrect because then there is yet another $35 fee charged if you happen to miss the time. The owner, or main instructor of this place is not so nice either. When I called to inquire about a drive time, he was very rude and extremely defensive. He did not even answer the call to the business in a professional way. I have not had a good experience with this place and would not recommend them to any other teen needing to complete their driver's course.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Aqua-Tots. They are super flexible…read moreabout make-ups and reschedules, they genuinely care about the kids, and their lessons work. My daughter just free-swam for the first time after 6 months of lessons and she was SOO proud of herself for it (4 years old). Pros: -Staff is amazing. They know my kids by name and greet them. -They help out all of the time. I often come with just my kids and no wife to help get the kids ready and the staff has always been supportive and helpful as I flail trying to get them both ready at the same time. -They have candy for the kids. -The coaches are well trained and super friendly. -Their facility is always super clean. Cons (with personal rebuttals) - high turnover of instructors. It happens. My kiddos have had 3-4 different coaches over 6 months. Rebuttal, my kids didn't care. They also have a skill continuity log for each child so when they get a new coach, they know exactly what to work on for each child. -cost. It is a bit pricey. Especially with multiple children. Rebuttal, you can't find anything cheaper that is also reputable...especially in winter months. As I said, my daughter went from no swimming to completely independent swimming after 6 months, so it works and I am very happy with the investment.
