They apparently was trying to get double the damn money so had to pay out of pocket... then finally after 4 hours on the side of the hwy with my wife and 2 year old daughter the tow truck driver said he didn't have room in his truck for us so we had to stay in the car up on the tow truck for 30 minutes... scared the crap out of us... The driver headed for Lincoln and was still losing power. The driver changed the fuel filter and and it solved the problem. For $200, any decent mechanic should have looked at the fuel filter that was nearly full and at least changed it.
