They had plenty of things to choose from, and also separated them so you didn't have to look through different types of fireworks to find the ones you wanted. Extremely organized, and they also had a scan bar on the price tag that took you to a video that showed you what the fireworks looked like when sat off!! We don't buy fireworks often, but if and when we need to again we will definitely be back here.

Ticket prices alone are high ($30 online, ~$40 at the gate), but that's just the entry fee. Once you're inside, everything is priced like a premium experience... without actually delivering one. Food lines can easily hit an hour or more, and the quality doesn't match the price at all. It's frustrating to spend that kind of time and money and end up with food that isn't even worth finishing. The "market" is very hit or miss now. There are a few genuinely talented vendors selling handmade items, and I actually go back specifically for those booths because I appreciate their creativity and craftsmanship. But they feel like the exception, not the standard anymore. A lot of other booths are selling what looks like mass-produced goods--or things like resin and 3D-printed items--at very inflated prices. Even some handmade items feel overpriced for what you're getting. Even experiences that used to feel worth it don't anymore. I paid about $45 for henna this year, and the quality was noticeably worse--watery, didn't stain properly, and didn't last like it has in previous years. That felt like a complete waste. What's worse is that the property itself doesn't reflect how much they're charging. I spoke with a vendor whose booth had a broken roof that hadn't been fixed, and even the main sign off the highway looks like it's falling apart. For the amount of money coming in, basic upkeep shouldn't be an issue. And it's not just the Renaissance Festival--the same pattern shows up in their other events. The Christmas event is overpriced for how little there is to do. The Halloween events feel rushed and underwhelming. The haunted hayride was short, the bus haunt was the same, and when I did multiple haunts last year, every single one felt rushed, not very scary, and poorly timed--you constantly run into other groups, which completely kills the experience. I remember when these events felt longer, more creative, and actually immersive. The actors seemed more engaged, and it felt like they cared about the experience. Now it feels like they're just pushing as many people through as fast as possible. That's really the core issue: everything feels designed to maximize spending, not the guest experience. Yes, the costumes and atmosphere can still look good on the surface, but unless you're willing to spend a couple hundred dollars, you're not getting much out of it. It's honestly disappointing, because this used to be something special. Now it just feels overpriced, rushed, and neglected.
